Terms and refunds

The free plugin

Free to use on any server. You may not resell or redistribute it. It's provided as is, without any warranty.

ServerFund Live

Live is a one time purchase for one Minecraft server.
It gives that server access to the getserverfund.com relay, which passes your Ko-fi donation notices to your server.
We aim to keep the relay running around the clock, but can't promise it will never go down. If it does, donations still reach your Ko-fi as normal, only the in game update is delayed or missed. You can always log a donation by hand with /fundadmin add.
If we ever shut the relay down for good, we'll give at least 60 days' notice.

Refunds

If Live doesn't work on your server and we can't fix it, you get a full refund. Ask within 14 days of buying by messaging ServerFund on Ko-fi.

Privacy

ServerFund never handles money. Donations go straight from your players to your Ko-fi.
For Live, the relay stores what Ko-fi sends it: the donor's display name (or "Someone" for private donations), the amount and the currency. This is used only to show the thank you message on your server.
We keep your Ko-fi verification token and server secret so the relay can check requests are genuine.
The free plugin makes no network connections. Live only contacts getserverfund.com.
Want your data removed? Message us and we'll delete it.

Rules your server needs to follow

ServerFund is built for donations that get a thank you, not in game perks. You're responsible for running your server within the Minecraft EULA and Usage Guidelines.
